“THE LAST LECTURE...”
“The brick walls are there for a reason. They’re not to there keeps out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something.”
“We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.”
“Never make a decision until you have to.”
“You’ve got to get the fundamentals down, because otherwise fancy stuff is not going to work.”
“When you are screwing up and nobody says anything to you anymore, that means they’ve given up on you.”
“… The brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people.”
“… automobiles are there to get you from point A to point B. They are utilitarian devices, not expressions of social status.”
“You can always change your plan, but only if you have one.”
“Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”
“It’s not just whether you win or lose, it’s how you play.”
“… it is such a shame that people perceive you as being so arrogant, because it’s going to limit what you’re going to be able to accomplish in life.”

you do love this book.
but, to be honest, i'm rather afraid of this kind of book (though i quite like Morrie's Tuesday).
I love this kind of book which gives me positive thinking and insight to life.
However, i agree that this book is sad especially u knew that u r reading his "last lecture"...
Sigh! thats life.
